With the emergence of spring and the shift in seasons it’s a beautiful time to learn where to put your energy and how to navigate connections and communication. We will be exploring Argyle Acres Farm and the energy regenerative farming has to offer our local ecosystem. We will be planting sunflowers and discussing guerilla gardening. Sowing seeds of self acceptance and growth during this class will lead to a great harvest during the year.
